Interphase is a Biophillic, Immersive Co-Working Space aimed at new deisgners and small local

businesses. The large, open space offers private meeting rooms, group spaces and independent

workspaces. Interphase is all about creating a sense of community with your fellow designers,

using the various communal spaces we have to offer, ranging from a relaxation room to a virtual

workout space.

Interphase is a cell cycle, in which a cell spends time growing and replicating: preparing for cell

divison. This is similar to the way new designers work, we learn and grow from those who teach

us and divide when we teach others. There is constant ‘birth’ of designers from this cycle and

come together in spaces such as these; creating a community.

Interphase features a large open space dedicated to allowing designers to either learn/socialise

or showcase their own work. With the space being completely empty, small businesses could

perhaps create a pop-up shop or there could be a guest speaker followed by a mixing event. The

possibilites are endless.
